I wanted to start the summer with a bang, so I decided to push my limits on my painting production. This is the reflections on my art practice over the past seven months since moving to Phoenix— this time has been transformative and I’m trying to capture my evolution as an artist. This season doesn’t necessarily define 2025, but I wanted to curate a body of work which I can look back on next year and articulate my growth, as I’ve done in understanding the changes that I’ve undertaken since 2024.
