Shipping

As an independent artist selling a variety of mediums, I individually package and ship your pieces. Please note that all original oil paintings may take up to 90 days from the date of listing to be dry enough to ship.

Prints are ordered from my supplier within 48 hours of your purchase. The turnaround on my print service is approximately 3 business days.

I aim to ship your artwork within 5 business days after purchase.

I ship USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the piece. I will provide a tracking number directly to your contact email as soon as it’s available.

Returns

I do not accept returns on original fine art. For prints, I offer returns with a refund of the original purchase price plus shipping if the condition of the print is undamaged and unaltered. I request that you return the print in the original packaging and that you initiate your return within 14 days of arrival.

All artwork is insured for transit. If your item is damaged in transit, I accept requests for refunds on an individual basis. If there is a problem with your order or you would like to initiate a return, please email kev@kevinkoza.com.
