Learn the strategies to tap into your motivations, build consistency, and leverage momentum in your fitness practice.

WHAT’S IN THIS DOCUMENT?
This document is a guided 6 week program. I recommend following the lessons in order as they appear as to not overwhelm yourself and solidify your fitness habit.
Most weeks contain:
One lesson on basic fitness principles
One lesson on mindset and philosophy to encourage starting, then adherence to the routine
One guided workout
Action items for the week
A method for overcoming anxiety, reluctance, or unfamiliarity with the weight room
